Description of the issue:
Closing a Brave Window With Single Tab Closes All Brave Windows

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. I have Brave open with multiple windows, each with multiple tabs
  2. I create a new window or open a new link in a new window, so the new window has a single tab
  3. I close the the new single tab window - either by closing the window or closing the tab (using the X on the tab or X top right of window)
  4. All Brave windows are closed, not just the single tab/window

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
All open Brave windows are closed

Expected result:
Only the single tab/window to close

Reproduces how often:
Everytime
