Close all tabs on window close still not resolved

I have asked this an year ago with no resolution, so I repost.

Description of the issue:

Close all tabs on window close

Currently I have set the settings of Brave to open the new tab page on startup. Also I have disabled the “Continue running background apps when Brave is closed” option. In reality when I close the window and open it again, I see the previously opened tabs. Can you share a short recording of the issue? Tested on my end and it’s works as expected.
