I would like to know how I can configure brave so that when I close the browser, all the tabs that were open are closed, since when I open it again, the tabs that were before are opened.
Which OS? Desktop or mobile? iOS or Android?

You can go to Menu > Settings > Get Started > On startup > and choose Open the New Tab page.
With this setting, Brave will start with new tab page instead of your tabs from previous session.
Open a specific page or set of pages should work too.
