How to disable remembered tabs when window closed

How do I stop brave keeping tabs when I close the window:

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Close Brave browser with some tabs open
  2. Open Brave browser
  3. The tabs are left over

Wanted result:
I would want Brave to forget the tabs

Brave Version:
Version 1.56.9 Chromium: 115.0.5790.98 (Official Build) in Windows

Additional Information:
I think there is a setting for this but I cannot find it after some searching

Go to brave://settings/getStarted
change it to ‘Open new tab page’
