Clear Data On Exit Not Working

Description of the issue:
Version 1.18.78 Chromium: 87.0.4280.141 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I have checked all boxes on CLEAR BROWSING DATA ON EXIT.

However, even when I reboot my computer, none of the browsing data appears to be deleted. Specifically USERNAME information.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Set CLEAR BROWSER DATA ON EXIT, checkmark all
  2. Login to any website
  3. Reboot

Expected result:
When I go back to the website and login, there should be ZERO suggestions. Instead, I am shown suggestions from every website I have logged into.
