I want to change my private window search engine to DuckDuckGo (Like it used to be) and have my standard window set to Brave or Google.
This used to be an option, and now it seems to have disappeared? Can someone point me in the right direction on how to get this set back up?
I don’t think it is possible due to chromium.
I had the same problem awhile back, I could not have a diffrent searh engine other than the one in normal window.
On android, you can have different search engine for normal tab and private tab.
I would recommend keeping a bookmark of ddg and use it in private window. Or use the sidebar feature to easily establish a connection with ddg.
