Change Default Application for Magnet Links

I disabled the torrent extension for brave. After I first clicked on a magnet link, I set up an application, which I don’t want to use anymore when using magnet links. I cannot find an option to change

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Disable Torrent Extension
  2. Open magnet link
  3. set a default application

Up to this point everything works fine, but how can I achieve point 4?
