Certain anatomy search terms return explicit imagery even when Safesearch is on/forced

When “mons pubis” is used as a search query, even when Safesearch is set to strict or is enforced with safe.search.brave.com, explicit imagery is still shown. The expected behavior is that such imagery is not shown when Safesearch is on. This is true when clicking on the “images” section too.

For similar queries, while the images section seems to be properly disabled, the image pulled from Wikipedia when giving a summary of the search term is still explicit (“vulva” for example), and could be replaced with a graphic of some kind similar to how Google search does.
