Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

1.Only my Bookmarks show in what I want to sync nothing else
2.Set up new sync on two other computers and phone, they all just show Bookmarks to sync and they sync properly; however, nothing else is listed to turn on syncing like extensions, etc.

Expected result:
Full list of items to sync from computer to computer.
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave is up to date
Version 1.11.97 Chromium: 84.0.4147.89 (Official Build) (64-bit)

That’s all sync v1, which is disabled now btw because of stability issue, only sync’ed bookmarks. Sync v2 is supposed to fix the stability issues as well as backup more than just bookmarks…
