Description of the issue:
I have synced my Windows 10 laptop, android phone and android tablet, but the bookmarks file on my laptop is not replicated on the phone or tablet.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
I have re-synced and rebooted all devices, and still don’t see the bookmarks.

Expected result:
I expected my Bookmarks bar and files on laptop to be replicated on the other devices.
Reproduces how often:
Every time - the bookmarks never appear.
