Description of the issue:
Brave jumps back to list of topics while trying to read a post scrolling with mouse. When I’m reading through my joined subreddits, and I found a topic I would like to read, I click on it, then try scrolling through the comments by using the mouse. The website immediately sends me back to the list of topics without letting me read any comments. If I try reading the comments by scrolling with the arrow keys, I can easily scroll through the comments without issue. As soon as I start using the mouse to scroll, I am immediately sent back to the list of topics again. This happens only when Shields are up.

Does the site work as expected when using Chrome? Yes. All works fine in Chrome.
