Can't scroll with arrow keys on Mac after new Brave update

Description of the issue:
I used to be able to scroll a web page using the arrow keys on my Mac on Brave, just like any other browser. Now that I have updated it on 19 April 2023, I cannot.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. By clicking the up and down arrow keys on the updated Brave for Mac and having them not do anything.

Expected result:
To scroll using the arrow keys.
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.23.73 Chromium: 90.0.4430.85 (Official Build) (arm64)
