Reset my laptop and now there’s no way for me to log in to my previous account. All my BAT are gone. Please help.
Try uninstalling the browser and re-install it again. That is my only option as I am not a Brave Helper/Tech Helper.
It didn’t work. I just lost my earnings again. so sad.
Hi. I hate to say it, but if you deleted the brave profile folder in the process, what is done is done.
Even restoring the profile from backup may or may not work – but if you do have a backup, probably you have nothing to lose trying at this point.
Wait for reply from official support team before that though, maybe they can help you – if you have that backup that is. Otherwise I’m afraid they’re lost.
