Hello,
For whatever reason, I can’t donate to YouTube streams on the Brave Browser. I have to log into Edge to get it done. It acts like it’s going to go through and then brings up a blank menu on the chat bar that requires a refresh of the page to see the chat again.
Can anyone tell me the solution to fix this? What is happening?

@LedLoaf — are you referring to BAT donation via Brave Rewards, or are you referring to the donate feature built into Youtube? Either way, can you provide me with a stream(s) and the exact steps taken to reproduce this issue? A short screen recording of the behavior would also be very helpful if possible.

I’m talking about YouTube itself, not the brave rewards. I submitted a report, if that helps, with a screenshot and description. I tried turning off the shields, etc.
You can pop out the chat (go into any YouTube stream), and it has its specific link etc. So I’ve also tried to remove the shield on there with no success. I rarely do this, but a few times I’ve wanted to do it and it forces me to open edge to do it. Which is just kind of annoying, especially with YouTube streaming becoming more popular.
The report has my email in it.

Where exactly did you leave this report? Was it on our Github? If so can you please share a link to it?

It was on the report option from the browser. Opened a little window, asked for email, and you could submit a description. It’s the same username here @comcast dot net.
Oh got it — perfect, thank you. I see the option you’re describing now. Would it be possible to see a short screen recording of the behavior as it appears on your end so I can get a clear picture of the issue?
