Can't connect to Uphold Rewards

I am in the US ‘using’ windows, and Brave randomly disconnected from Uphold yesterday. I can’t get re-connected. I can log in to Uphold.com directly and everything is fine. But Brave will not connect and continues to report the following error:

Something went wrong
We weren’t able to complete your request. Please try again, and contact support if the problem persists."

Is this a caching issue? Is there a way to flush or reset some setting for rewards?

Taking the time to search can often get you answers more quickly and helps reduce duplicate posts, which makes it easier for others to find solutions and keeps the focus on new issues.

I did search. But apparently, I didn’t use the perfect magic combinations of words in my query which is why I posted. I saw the ‘Reset’ option but didn’t use it as I wasn’t sure if I would lose my rewards. More clarity on that issue would be nice. That said, the reset and login did fix the issue and my current rewards were restored.

@TMcG to be clear, searching wouldn’t just mean the search glass thing. As you know, on the home page you can choose categories:

Just beneath the pinned topics and your new topic was the one I linked you to:

If you had clicked on Brave Rewards it would have been something like:

So just saying to skim to see what exists in open categories. It’s always good to do on any website you go to for information.
