@wneverbb Your question is vague so it’s hard to give you a direct answer. Instead I’ll have to offer a few possibilities for you.
On this, I think it’s because you have Russia or Russian for your country or regional format in your operating system. Some people have said they had to change their language, but I don’t think you have to go that far. Example of this is in screenshot below:
Verification means having created an Uphold account and then connecting to it.
If you’re from Ukraine, you won’t be able to create an Uphold account. Even if you could, you can’t link it to Rewards at this time. The reason for this is because Uphold has the whole region around Russia limited at this time. So that’s Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, etc that can’t create new accounts. You can see their list of restricted countries at https://support.uphold.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026786712-Non-Supported-Geographies-
If you have Belgium passport or ID, you may be able to create an account with Uphold. You would need to go to https://uphold.com/ and create an account, if you don’t have one. They will require you to provide a lot of information, such as your passport, proof of earnings, and info from your bank accounts. In addition, they require you to take selfies that they use to compare to your passport. It’s an annoying process but all done because of international laws and regulations.
ALSO
When you first activate Rewards, it has you choose a country. You would need to make sure your country selected is for Belgium. If you chose Ukraine or another country, you’ll need to Reset your Rewards. You do this by going to the hamburger menu → Brave Rewards → Manage → Reset. At this point, you choose Belgium. Otherwise if you do create a Uphold using Belgium information but you chose other country for Rewards, it will say Country Mismatch and not let you connect Rewards to Uphold.
