Cannot drag BAT icon

I tried several method zooming the browser to 90%, 80%, 70%, 120% etc but no luck.

The bat icon is standstill no matter what. I cannot move a bit let alone drag to shapes.

I have dual monitor setup on my laptop and tried unplugging it too.

I am using:

Version 1.37.116 Chromium: 100.0.4896.127 (Official Build) (64-bit)

On Archlinux.

Resetting all the brave://flags worked.
