Description of the issue:
can’t download Portuguese Brasil dictionary spell check from Gui.

How can this issue be reproduced?
Open GUI settings and try to download Portuguese Brasil dictionary spell check.

Expected result:
To download and use Portuguese Brasil dictionary spell check

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.59.120 Chromium: 118.0.5993.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Are you talking about going to Settings --> Languages --> Add languages in the browser?
