Description:
Launching Brave.exe on Windows 7 displays only a WHITE WINDOW SCREEN.
- No menus are available
- Browser path is available
Note:
If Brave is launched with “–Disable-GPU” then it functions correctly. The machine that it is running on, is a ThinkPad T410s
Work-Around is:
Create a short-cut and include “Disable-GPU” in the Target path command.
Observation:
A: the software can not be uninstalled. Yes, I deleted registry entries, UnInstall registry entries, file system entities. Tried to re-install and it fails with same WHITE SCREEN on launch
B: Brave Browser behaves badly, on only ONE of our identical test machines.
