BUG - Rounded UI edges cannot be disabled with #brave-web-view-rounded-corners

Description of the issue: Flag #brave-web-view-rounded-corners should allow the user to disable the Windows 11-style rounded corners on the UI, however this does not work. The right-click context menu is still rounded even when this flag has been set to disable.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Install Brave 1.71.123 (This version chosen because its available as portable)
  2. enter brave://flags and look up ’ #brave-web-view-rounded-corners
  3. Set the option to Disable. Restart the browser. Then right-click: The context menu is still rounded.

Expected result: Expecting the flag ’ #brave-web-view-rounded-corners ’ set to disable to disable the rounded corners of the UI. If this flag is not for the UI, then I would hope such a flag could be included so users that use square interfaces can continue to do so.
