Bug Continue where you left off

I have a bug related to the “Continue where you left off” feature on Brave. If I have multiple Brave windows open with different email accounts, sometimes—quite often, actually—only one of them restores the previous session, while all the other tabs from the other Brave windows are lost.

This is extremely frustrating. I never had this issue on Chrome, but I prefer using Brave.

Could you look into this feature and fix it so that if multiple Brave windows are open, all of them restore their tabs properly, not just one?

Please edit your Original Post (“OP”) above, to include:

  • Brave Browser version numbers
  • Operating System version numbers

Also, if you routinely use a Brave Browser Private Window, some settings may not stick.

If you close windows one-by-one then the session only has one window in it at the time Brave closes, which gets restored. If you want to restore all of them you should click the profile button in the toolbar (Ctrl+Shift+M) and click “Close n windows”.

If you forget to do that, you should be able to restore other windows after restarting Brave by the usual Ctrl+Shift+T command.
