Browser window's size shrinks abruptly on taking cursor to the top menu bar in mac os

Description of the issue:
When you take the cursor to the top menu bar in mac os (in full window size) then the window size shrinks abruptly and it does not look good on the eyes.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Open brave browser in full screen by pressing the green button in the top left corner of the window.
  2. Take your cursor to the top of the window to access the menu bar.
  3. Take the cursor back in the middle of the window so that the menu bar gets invisible.
  4. Notice that window size shrinks with a jerk.

Notice the same in the Safari browser.
