Only Nightly has the feature to fully sync history between Android and Desktop.
Currently Stable builds can only sync TypedURLs, which is by design, because it is what Google called “history sync” for years. So, Brave finally corrected that and it should be pushed eventually to stable when Brave decides so and the implementation is tested enough to know it will not cause any issues.

You can download it from Google Play store by just searching Brave Nightly and desktop https://brave.com/download-nightly/
then you enable brave://flags/#brave-sync-send-all-history in both and it should work, it replaces synching TypedURLs and does full history sync, if you delete an item, it should be deleted and if you clear your history it clears it on any device you are synching history, just as any other synching item. And it works fine!
On desktop, if you want you can always copy your User Data from %localappdata%\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\ to %localappdata%\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser-Nightly\ and you should get all your info no problems loaded and working in Nightly like you were always using Nightly.
Nightly is pretty stable, rarely breaks and you get latest changes on week days. It’s awesome, no waiting for features to be released to Stable Normal Builds.
