Browser failure when accessing IRS free file lookup tool


Description of the issue:
Unable to advance past the third question on " IRS Free File Online Lookup Tool" web site. Easy to reproduce.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to https://apps.irs.gov/app/freeFile.

  2. Select Start Lookup Tool

  3. Answer the questions. Any answers will expose the defect, so just answer however you want.

  4. You will receive message “Information displayed on this page is dependent upon your answers in previous steps. Please answer all previous steps before advancing to this page” even if you have answered all questions.

Expected result:
Normal result is to allow user to advance to next screen.

Version 1.48.167 Chromium: 110.0.5481.104 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
The same web site works correctly with Microsoft Edge.
