Description of the issue:
When using tab groups, specifically saved tab groups, trying to move a different tab into it causes all open Brave windows to crash if you drag the tab out of the window first and then drag it back into the window under the saved group. This only occurs using saved groups, unsaved groups behave normally.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
- Launch Brave
- Add the tab to a group (doesn’t matter if you name the group or not) and then move the slider right to save the group.
- Make another new tab to add to the group but this time, click and drag it down so that it forms a new window and then, while still holding, drag it back up under the group to rejoin.
Alternatively, if you have another window open, you can drag a tab from that window into the group and the same thing will happen.

The browser crashes.
Expected result:
The tab joins the group.
