Brave Wont Open, got written up for not being able to do my job

Its a shame, I actually liked Brave. I’ve been using it for years then I come into work today and it wont launch. I did nothing. I closed my laptop lid and left for the day. All my bookmarks are gone, data gone. Been working on restoring all day to no avail. Cant believe all my bookmarks and user data is gone thanks Brave! you were good while you lasted on to Chrome

my brave app for desktop (windows 10) crashed and does no longer open.
I have uninstalled and re-installed (BRV030 version and the Beta) but nothing works.
I have tried to add “disable Gpu”, “disable extensions” but nothing works.
I have tried “incognito” and it works but in this mode the app is not user-friendly (it did not save my passwords) and it is very slow in accessing websites.
What can I do?
