Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Brave often fails to detect mouse over (arrow turns to hand/pointed finger) and allow clicking of hyperlinks after loading/refreshing a new page/website. This often can only be solved by reloading the page.
Expected result:
Detect mouse over (signified by hand/pointed finger symbol) and allow links to be clicked.
