Brave Wallet VS uphold wallet confusion

I see the brave wallet option in the browser and the browser also suggests uphold wallet. what is beneficial? transferring the earned BAT points to brave wallet or Uphold Wallet?
Because i see uphold has a wider acceptance i believe and now i am confused.

if i use uphold wallet will i be losing any opportunities or offers from Brave?
