Brave Wallet is not loading my portfolio

Description of the issue: Brave Wallet does not load.

Is the issue occurring on a specific network? I’m on my iPhone 15

What operating system are you using? iOS Safari 17 browser

Brave Version (check About Brave): 1.69.1(171)

Additional Information:
My Wallet isn’t loading my portfolio and the word ‘Restore’ flashes briefly at bottom of screen and is gone before I can click on it.

I was able to go through the Restore process but my portfolio still isn’t loading. This is super stressful - I hope someone will be able to help me solve what I hope is just a temporary glitch.

Hello - are you saying my brave browser is out of date? I’m using an iPhone and haven’t been notified of an update. Do you think it will fix the problem? Thank you so much for responding to my post. I’m quite worried about this as you can imagine.

Please visit the iOS App Store, search for Brave Browser, and you should see an update option.

I updated the iOS browser 17.7 but the problem persists. BTW I have automatic updates turned on but was not notified about 1.69.2 and was surprised to see this update to 17.7!

Any other ideas? Again, thank you for responding to help me.

I did the Brave Browser update - again, I have my settings to auto update my apps so it’s confusing as to why it isn’t working but even after the update my wallet is not showing my assets.

Yesterday before updating the browser app I did a Wallet Restore and that didn’t work but now that the iOS and app are updated should I attempt another Restore?
