Description of the issue:
I was creating a Brave Crypto Wallet for the first time, using my Ledger Nano S as the associated wallet. I entered the password I wanted to use and copied the recovery phrase to a file. A power blip caused a reboot of my PC before completing the wallet creation. Now, when I go to Brave Crypto Wallet, it asks for my password. I enter the password I created (yes, I am POSITIVE it is the correct password) and click Unlock. It returns to the same page asking for the password. I clicked on Import using account seed phrase, but nothing changes. This wallet is corrupt. How do I delete it and start over?
How can this issue be reproduced?
1.Click on Crypto Wallet in Brave
2.Enter password
3.Repeat ad nauseum
Expected result:
Access to new Crypto Wallet
Brave Version( check About Brave
):
1.17.73 Chromium: 87.0.4280.67 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information:
I never had a chance to store or swap any crypto. I have nothing to lose here.
