Brave unloading graphics on webpage. "Fuzzyness"

Description of the issue:
The browser “unloads” or allows to the graphics and text on screen to get fuzzy until they are moused over.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Brave Browser to some page
  2. Wait a bit (though sometimes it happens instantly for me)
  3. Maybe click out into another program or window

Expected result:
The page graphics and text get “fuzzy” and difficult to read until moused over.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.19.92 Chromium: 88.0.4324.152 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
I am using a 4K display for this with multiple monitors, but it also happens on my laptop by itself.

Additionally, if requested I can get video capture of this happening and upload to my public YouTube channel for you to see what is happening if that would be helpful/allowed?

Can you post a link where this happens so I can test it? This may be a site-specific issue. I’m on Windows 10.
