Description of the issue: My bookmarks are not syncing between my two computers both running the latest brave browser. The last sync that occured semi-successfully was on 5 16 2023-I date some of my bookmark adds until I sort them-and it only synced about half the add between the two.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3. Opening bookmarks, not current sync.

Version 1.61.104 Chromium: 120.0.6099.115 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information: Have turned off sync for both devices, closed browser, reopened browser, and turned sync back on. No change.
Have changed settings to sync more or less. No change.
Have removed both devices, twice, from the sync group, and re-added each. No change.
Have sync-internals open to see if anything stood out. The only red text:

Is the final entry, Protocol error TRANSIENT ERROR. The rest of the page has no red text. It seems to be running fine as well, so I’m not sure what the issue is.
