in new tab i can see 297,567 tracker blocked.
on the brave shield ui, when i click the brave icon , also show how many tracks blocked in lifetime, it only shows stats of whats blocked during every reload.
if brave blocked 218,764 trackers just from youtube, show that stats of total number of tracked blocked from the time of installation on the brave shield ui(dont just show what are being blocked for page reload or session)
