Brave Search Private Browser

I have set Brave Search as my default search engine, copying the link into a custom search engine as instructed, but it does not show up as an option for the private search engine. I tried adding it again but alas, it did not show up. I am still using DuckDuckGo as my default search engine for private browsing.
