Brave rewards for October haven't arrived

Briefly describe your issue: Rewards for last month (October) haven’t arrived, although the Rewards page says: “Congrats! Your October rewards have arrived!”

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no) yes

What date did you verify your wallet? unsure

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) no

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? yes

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold?? yes

If with Gemini, or unverified, wait till payments are completed, do update after.

It was verified before. I can’t “login” to Uphold anymore though for a couple of months for some reason. It didn’t have an effect on the payout though. I got the BAT even though I wasn’t logged into Uphold anymore. Apparently Germany isn’t a “supported region” anymore? What can I do now?

Nothing you can do. Gemini and Uphold has stopped offering new accounts in Germany. This is because of the rules & regulations.
You’ll have to wait patiently till Germany is brought back. Brave has a target of getting most workable regions back by the end of the year.

Ok. I get that. But where are my BAT?

I can see that I should be able to claim my reward from this post (@Saoiray). There’s no claim button on my device.

@Zettt Best bet will be to create a Rewards Support Ticket if you’re saying that you can’t claim. I do know there’s been some issues and a fix for some Rewards problems is coming out around the 17th. I’m not saying that fix has anything to do with your specific situation, but just saying I know they are working on things.


Don’t you get a claim button each month?

Up until now the rewards always arrived on my Uphold account without issues. A few times where payments were late, but everything got sorted eventually.
