Brave rewards ads not received

i have not received any Brave ads that produce rewards since the start of Nov. 2021? please help. thank you

I don’t recieve ads since more than 2 weeks. I have an issue in two devices (Pc and Notebook) but I recieve ads in my cell phone
country: Argentina

Could you kindly DM me the following?

  • Description of your issue
  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID and Custodian ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in brave://rewards-internals.
  • A screenshot of your Event Logs in brave://rewards-internals.
