Brave reward not updating

Hi,

I waited for long time to resolve this issue. I am getting ads regularly but collected bat , I couldn’t redeem. I asked with uphold and got suggestion Please help me.

Are you connected through a VPN service by chance?

I am not connected with VPN . I am using Linux .

Which Linux distribution? Also, if you toggle Brave Rewards on/off (switch at the top of your first image), does this remove the Uh oh!... message?

Ubuntu 19.10. yes for few seconds it disappears Uh oh … message.

Can you tell me what extensions you have running in the browser? In addition, can you try disabling them and seeing if you can connect to the rewards server then?
