My brave is not redeeming

I am using brave at home and in office. Because of the outbreak, I didn’t visit the office for a long time and so I didn’t open the office computer as well. Reward only shows from the home computers and not from the office computers. When I try to redeem a brave rewards from the office computer, it’s not connecting through. I have no idea how to redeem it. When I try to login uphold, it only shows balance comping from the home computer. Please help me to resolve this issue.

If a verified Uphold account is connected to any of your computer, then you don’t have to redeem or claim anything. The tokens will be automatically sent to your Uphold account.

I was also waiting for that. I waited for 1 month already, reward date July 5 also crossed. I got from home computer but office computer is not coming in.

In the pic I send you also indicates wallet is verified.
