Brave opens part of a web page in a window on the web page

Description of the issue:
Brave opens part of a web page in a window with scroll bars. Also, if I click on a link within the window it opens the link in the same window where in other browsers it opens the link in a new tab.
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. It is doing that on the current page - Brave Community:
   community.brave.com/top/daily
2. It does it in almost every eBay page that is advertising a car/truck
   https://www.ebay.com/itm/194040482088?ul_noapp=true

Expected result:
Some way to show the entire web page without having to scroll both the entire page and a window within the page.

So you’re just wanting to open links in new tabs instead of new windows? Or am I misunderstanding something here? If not, you can use ctrl + click to open links in a new tab.

No. I want the entire web page to show without showing part of the page in a window within the web page. I can e-mail a pic of what I’m talking about.

Yes a screenshot would great. You can copy/paste images directly into the editor here on Community. Imgur links also embed the picture as well.

We are blocking the tracking, which has a issue with ebay iframes. Given how minor it is vs privacy, I chose privacy.

adding this into brave://adblock
@@||ir.ebaystatic.com/rs/v/1yzqmzxk3a3utciscis2t10n1uu.js$script,domain=vipr.ebaydesc.com

will “fix” it, but does allow the tracker.
