Good day everyone!
I just want to ask why does brave browser is not working properly after I installed it (I’m using window 7 64bit). I tried to installed and uninstalled it more than 3 times but still not working? It’s just like all white when I open the software. Anyone can explain why? I will appreciate it. Thank you

Friend over the brave icon right button and click on about compatibility issues. that way the browser’s blank screen is solved
Thank you! I’ll take a look there.

## Description
![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/3299098/50569576-2788cc00-0d1d-11e9-9e7b-efe9259c5c4d.png)
The issue initially started with [Windows 7 users who had upgraded from Brave Muon --> Core](https://community.brave.com/t/error-on-yesterdays-update/39287/53) but seems to be consistent whether users migrate or attempt a fresh install.
Threads like these describe Brave launching (after install) a "blank white window" that is unresponsive to input.
[There have also been similar reports](https://community.brave.com/t/solid-black-screen/41180/2), where Win7 users get a Brave window that's "all black", and elements very briefly display when scrolling over them in the window but is also unresponsive.
[Another user states](https://community.brave.com/t/i-cant-see-the-visuals-of-brave/41354) that Brave is launched and running but he can't "see" it. His english is bad so it's a little hard to tell exactly what they're saying but from context I believe its a display error very much like the ones above.
## Steps to Reproduce
I personally was unable to reproduce the issue when testing on my Win7 VM and there aren't "exact"
steps to reproduce this. It seems as though it just happens when installing Brave on Win7.
## Actual result:
Brave installs but launches/displays as a "blank" screen of some kind.
## Expected result:
Brave should launch and perform as intended.
## Reproduces how often:
Seems to be inconsistent, but more than enough users have reported this to consider it a real issue.
## Brave version (brave://version info)
RC build v0.58.18
### Reproducible on current release:
- Does it reproduce on brave-browser dev/beta builds?
Yes
### Additional Information
Many users have submitted logs for us to view in the threads linked to above. I'll come back later tonight and pull the logs out into individual comments for sake of ease.
