Brave Nightly freezes up on Ubuntu 22.04 when selecting "Add folder..." on bookmarks bar

Description of the issue:

Note: This behavior only effects Brave Nightly, it does not effect the main release channel of the Brave browser.

When I right-click and select Add a folder... to add a new folder to my bookmarks Brave
freezes up. It seems to stay frozen unless I select my “Windows” button (the key could be labeled start or opt as well) or select the Brave browser title bar with my mouse. Once I select the “Windows” key (or title bar) it “unfreezes” and shows the “New folder” manager. This allows me to add the new folder. From what I can tell it stays frozen until I do this but I cannot say 100% this is the case as I think I’ve only waited 10 seconds or so.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Right-click and select Add folder... from the menu.

  2. Brave will then freeze up. If you move your mouse around and try to click a folder…etc…you will be unable to, it seems to freeze up your entire desktop environment.

  3. Select your Windows key, the key could be labeled start or opt as well or title bar w/ mouse.

  4. New folder manager appears.

Expected result:

Excepted to be able to add a folder w/o the browser freezing up
