Brave lags when I detach tabs

The browser lags when I detach a tab and, for instance, I move it to a different desktop
Today I tried to reproduce the bug with a specific example:

  1. Launch Brave and open some random website. I opened GitHub
  2. Open a Vite.js app (it is called 3D Matrix Visualizer as indicated in the logs below) at localhost in a brave tab
  3. Detach the localhost tab

Expected result: come back into the GitHub page and try to do something. You will notice lags

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.75.175 Chromium: 133.0.6943.54 (Official Build) (64-bit)

!IMPORTANT:
Today I had the same problem when I detached the DevTools from the browser window.
I moved the DevTools in a adjacent desktop and started lagging. Then, I moved it back to the same desktop as the browser and after a minute it stopped lagging
