Brave keeps freezing

Brave Browser keeps freezing randomly, only after a minute of use. Content within browser continues to play video when video is being played. Cannot click anywhere in the browser though. Clicking close in the right corner or in the taskbar doesn’t work. I have to close within processes.

  1. Open browser, wait a 1-2 minutes.

is that nightly release ?

could you disable all extension then close brave and make sure it does not work in the background then try again
if it work then re enable them back one by one

could you try to disable hardware acceleration also
