brave isn’t launching
I just tried to run the application(brave.exe) and nothing happens
Brave version 129.1.70.117 I think
it wont run even after I uninstalled it and reinstalled it

Did you download the browser directly from brave.com? If so, can you please try downloading the Beta build of the browser and tell me whether or not that build launches?
Yes i did download it from the official web site.
when I install the beta build it gives me an error that says “The installer couldn’t create a temporary directory. Please check for free disk space and permission to install software.”
even though I still have like 100+ free gigabytes but the permission part is what i don’t understand.
I’m having the same issue and had the same version. This is frustrating because I can’t do any work and don’t want to use the other browsers. However, I just downloaded the BETA version and it appears to be working fine. I just want to know where are all my saved bookmarks and extensions. Please tell me they’re still there. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have uninstalled it yet and tried to save them first. If I’ve lost everything - that will be the biggest disappointment.
