Windows 10 not launching Brave

I think my fix has been found, but i do not know how or where to add the folder i’m missing. I want to try the fix posted below from July1st. but really would like to make sure i add it correctly. thanks

Can you check ~\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware and confirm that there is, in fact a Brave-Browser directory found here?

Yeah – that seems to be the problem. I’ve seen this happen before although I have no idea what actually causes it.
Can you try manually adding this folder? The path should be ~\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser
