Brave is not showing up in Get Notifications From these senders

Just to start, I use a windows ten machine with the latest version at the time of posting this. I have not been getting ads for a few days now. I check Get notifications from these senders and Brave is not there, or anything for that matter.

On windows, to get to Get Notifications From These Senders, (Settings --> System --> Notifications & Action)

All I see are a few apps related to the settings and no personal apps.

All I expect to see is Brave on my notifications ( I don’t really care about much else)

I use a Windows 10 Version 1909 Build 18363.657, The latest version at the time of posting this. My Brave version is
Version 1.3.118 Chromium: 80.0.3987.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I am also not getting any notification after allowing it

I also tried this. It shows up a notification from that site, but still not from YouTube
