Notification for ads doesn't appear

Description of the issue:

Hello, I’m using Brave since few weeks now and I never received notification for ads. I search on internet and I’ve tried many solution like check the notifications are on, uninstall and re install, etc,etc but nothing works. I’d like to know if you can help me on this subject.

How can this issue be reproduced?

I supposed it’s difficult to reproduce; because the problem is probably coming from a wrong setting

Expected result:
I expect received notification from windows for the Brave’s ads

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 0.68.132 Chromium: 76.0.3809.132 (Build officiel) (64 bits)

I’m currently living in Denmark. But i didn’t see any list with the supported countries. Where I can find it ?
