I don’t receive any Brave ads:

Hey y’all. I’ve been using Brave for about a week now and I haven’t received any ads yet. Rewards and ads are enabled and I also found out why.
I’ve found an article which states that you have to activate notifications for the browser and indeed, the browser does not show up in my notification windows in windows.

I’ve also followed the registry path to - HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PushNotifications

and indeed there is no “PushNotifications” option there. The weird thing is: I am at home. My internet is my own and not restricted by anybody. I have no idea how to get the browser the show up in my notification settings. :I

Brave Version:

Version 1.4.96 Chromium: 80.0.3987.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I think this might have helped already? Brave just showed up in my notifications windows and is set on “on” for sound and banners. I guess this is resolved? I’ll wait a little and see if something pops up. :slight_smile:
