Brave Extension Settings do not save after rebooting PC

Description of the issue:
I have these 2 current extensions I am using: Super Dark Mode and Internet Download Manager. I added a couple of white listed sites to not use dark mode on them. I did my business as usual, and when I rebooted my PC, the dark mode ext. resets my preference, and the IDM always pop up, saying I have successfully installed their extension.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. (preferably) download Super Dark Mode.
  2. make changes like visual and whitelist sites.
    3, reboot whole PC.
  3. Launch Brave.

Expected result:
all settings should be saved.
Reproduces how often:
In rare instances, the settings may save. But should happen on every reboot.
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
W10, Brave 1.57.68 64 bit
