Brave doesn't open profile manager on start

After last update, Brave doesn’t open the profiles manager on start and instantly crashes when I try open profiles setting from setting

Current version
Version 1.52.122 Chromium: 114.0.5735.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)

any suggestion how to fix ?
I try already to install updates and clear caches
